Not often in a yoga class do we get the time to focus on our breath, even though it is the foundation of yoga practice.
Spend 15 minutes with me in this time to CONNECT to your breath, your body and set ourselves up for a beautiful asana practice.

Vinyasa
Strong, fiery and controlled. This asana practice asks for us to centre ourselves and use our breath.
With a focus on balance, this class incorporates dynamic vinyasa sequences, guiding you to shift out of your head and into your body.

Yin style, restorative practice, to slow down and offer your body a balance to our vinyasa practice.

This workshop is designed with the intention of helping you SHIFT out of stagnant energy, knowing you are the person who wants to prioritise being their best self.
