Level up and join me in this Embodiment Workshop. We use the tools of an intentional yoga practice, starting with the breath, building into an asana practice, slowing it down and truly allowing ourselves to rest at the end.

This one is for you, the passionate, the open-minded, the beauty seeking individual who wants to add a bit more balance to their life. This workshop is designed with the intention of helping you SHIFT out of stagnant energy, knowing you are the person who wants to prioritise being their best self. This Workshop is here to help embody the way you want to feel.
